4. The printing is driven by servo motor, and the synchronous belt is a linear guide rail transmission component, which realizes the digital setting of the speed, instant flood bar, pre flood bar, and fast pre flood bar. Each stroke can be set to 1-5 times repeat printing to meet the needs of different ink printing thickness.
5. The printing head is equipped with a sliding table cylinder with precise guidance and heavy bearing, so that the constant air pressure can be fully reflected in the printing pressure, and the uniform pressure of the squeegee is always maintained. The stroke of the squeegee is driven by a servo motor.
6. The printing table adopts six-point positioning, which is fast and accurate.
7. The screen frame is locked with air pressure clamps. There are height fine-tuning buttons at the four corners of the screen clips. The height of the screen frame on one side can be adjusted individually according to the printing needs. The fine-tuning function can accurately and quickly align the screen registration job.
8. The squeegee adopts a constant pressure device to ensure the uniform pressure of the squeegee forever, and the stroke of the squeegee is driven by servo motor.
9. The overprint error can be controlled within ±0.1mm. The whole machine adopts pneumatic parts from famous manufacturers, and the mechanic part is equipped with finely ground hard steel shafts and bearings to ensure smooth operation and durability of the machine.
10. The hard oxidation aluminum alloy printing table is used, and the table has a suction device to make the color registration more accurate.
11. Printing squeegee, flood bar, air pressure, speed, balance and stroke can be easily adjusted to meet your different printing requirements.
12. The whole machine is equipped with UV light box.

The fuselage is equipped with double safety protection to ensure the safety of operator and machine, error correction chain circuit, error indication, one-button automatic safety machine reset circuit, safety light barrier, emergency stop button, warning lamp post, etc., with comprehensive safety protection.
